Recently the park has undergone a refurbishment and accommodation refreshes for the holiday season.

How to get here?

You will find us centrally located at 34 Beach Road, Kaikoura.  Beach road is the main road through Kaikoura.

Directions to Kaikoura TOP 10 from the South: from Christchurch.

We are two hours north of Christchurch.  Travel North on SH1 into Kaikoura. Continue along SH1 which becomes Churchill Street and then becomes Beach Road.  From the South we are located on the right hand side of Beach Road, 300 metres after the turn off to the town centre (West End).

Our community has now achieved EarthCheck's Platinum Award for continuous certification and commitment to community sustainable tourism.

At Kaikoura TOP 10 Holiday Park we are very aware of our community's aim to sustain the social, economic and environmental well being of the district now and for future generations and, as part of this community, we want to actively contribute and play our part at protecting our environment. We proudly operate our Holiday Park in a way that considers our responsibility to sustainable tourism by striving to minimise and reduce waste, reduce energy consumption, reduce chemical use and reduce adverse effects on our environment. We feel it is important to acknowledge what we do, in the hope that our guests will contribute to these efforts as well.

We seek your co-operation too. Here's what our guests can do to help:

• Recycling - you will find recycling depots around our Park, we ask that you please recycle and separate your rubbish, or leave your rubbish in your unit and we will do it for you
• Switch off your lights, heaters and appliances when you leave your room
• Reuse your towels - we have a servicing sign that can be placed outside your unit if you want us to service your unit.  Opt not to and save water, power and reduce use of chemical detergents
• Recycle your TOP 10 brochures and our Park map - hand them back to reception and we will reuse them
• If it's a sunny day, why not hang your washing on our lines? Pegs are provided from reception if needed.
